There are several ways to strength train, and our members have several school of training they choose
We choose our movements from the most impactful, which are compounding but also universal. Simple, accessible, and they impact aesthetics, strength, and mobility. You can be sure you are working with The Big 3: deadlifts, squats, and bench press. We utilise the bar, kettlebells, and dumbbells, as well as some of the machines in the gym. And throw in a sled. We align with powerbuilding.

Powerbuilding workouts often include compound movements like squats, deadlifts, and bench press, which engage multiple muscle groups.
Powerbuilding programs are structured with repeating lifts aiming progression in heaviness, and they also allow for a variety of exercises and training methods that complement each other.

The best part is we do not need much. Just a good technique, knowledge of the compounding moves, and each other. Having core& compounding moves makes the gains faster and we can assemble anywhere without the dependency to a particular gym.
